Verify is the first screen of the delivery flow. It's where orders are checked so you can be sure all your order details are complete and correct before assigning them to a delivery service or 3PL. No more 'return to sender' packages or 'sorry, we couldn't reach the customer'. From now on, deliver on the first attempt, every time.

⚡ Here's a quick 1-minute overview:

Editing or correcting an order:

If an order arrives at the Verify screen flagged, you can click on it to correct or complete its details so it becomes verified.

Editing an order's details:

What's checked?

You can change what gets checked in the Verify screen in Settings > Verification preferences. Note that the Verify screen is already set to automatically check all new orders for the following:

  • Missing shipping address

  • Invalid shipping address

  • Missing phone number

  • Invalid phone number

  • Missing package size

  • Missing weight details

  • High risk of fraud

  • Unpaid order

  • Out of stock inventory

  • Weather alert (available but not set by default)

Automate with Quickflows:

You can enable Quickflows by clicking on the top right, and automating this part of your workflow. For example, you can add a Quickflow so that new orders that are verified are automatically approved and pushed to the Assign screen.
