Here's an overview how you can use PrettyDamnQuick to deliver your orders on time, for the lowest rates available.

It's a basic formula is simple: promise what you deliver, then deliver what you promise.

Promise what you deliver:

Communicate delivery times in checkout by showing customers the delivery options available in their location (pickup/local/regional) with a specific delivery promise so they know when to expect their delivery.

Deliver what you promise:

Once an order is placed, it goes right into PrettyDamnQuick's Verify screen.

Then you move it through the 4 steps:

  1. Verify order: to make sure all the details are right before getting sent to a carrier or 3PL (to make sure you don't get a 'return to sender').

  2. Assign to (any) carrier: to pick which delivery service you want it sent with (or pickup) so you can pick the cheapest option that'll deliver it by the time you told the customer in checkout.

  3. Fulfill orders: making sure the right items get packed into the right package with the right shipping label (and other slips) as quickly as possible and in the right order of priority. (This gets somewhat skipped when using a 3PL to fulfill).

  4. Track all the deliveries: so you can see where all the packages are at all times and avoid signing in to different portals just to see where an order is.

That's it, that's all you need to deliver all your eCommerce orders on time, PrettyDamnQuick-ly.
