How to fix an order and change it from flagged to verified

Correcting flagged orders in the Verify screen is easy.

How to correct a flagged order in the Verify screen

  1. Select the flagged order you want to fix.

  2. Click on the 'Edit order details' pencil icon in the top right of the order details drawer.

  3. Correct the reason the order was flagged.

  4. Click Save & update.

  5. That's it, your order is now verified (and it's synced to your eCommerce platform too).
