The Track screen is where everything's, well, tracked.
Once an order has been assigned for delivery, it'll immediately appear on the Track screen too. The delivery status is pulled from the delivery service used for that delivery.
Here you can get an overview of the different stages a delivery might be in:
All, Pre-transit, In-transit, Delivered, Flagged, Returns, and Reships.
And you can see your order details in one place:
Order numbers, order dates, items, ship-to and bill-to details, inventory location, delivery service, tracking number, batch name, tags, delivery status, delivery method, and delivery promise.
Choose the columns you want to see
Click the column selector (the sliders icon above the table) to customize your view. There are 23 columns to choose from — including extras like Shipping cost, External order number, Zone, and Ship to state / country — so you can show only what's relevant to you.
