Merchants set up different delivery methods in checkout, each with its own arrival time and conditions. Once a customer chooses a delivery method and pays, the order goes into the delivery flow where it's delivered on-time using these 4 steps:

1) Verify new orders: New orders are checked for incorrect phone numbers, missing address details, fraud risks, and anything else that might stop them from arriving on time (bad weather, for example).

2) Deliver with any service: Orders get batched and assigned for delivery with whichever rate can deliver on time for the cheapest (according to the delivery expectation selected in checkout).

3) Fulfill batches: (in-house or with a 3PL) Easily fulfill orders and batches with a scanner or keyboard.

4) Track it all: Keep tabs on all your shipments delivered by all your services, on one simple screen.
