In the Verify screen orders are checked for a variety of criteria, among them is the level of fraud risk for each order.

While it's important to review the high-risk orders to avoid potential chargebacks, you can also override the risk alert and approve an order anyway.

Click on the at-risk order and on the order details panel, click “approve” to verify the order.
