In the Verify screen, orders are checked for a variety of criteria — among them is the level of fraud risk for each order.
While it's important to review high-risk orders to avoid potential chargebacks, you can also override the risk alert and approve an order anyway. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: From the order details panel
Click on the flagged order to open its details panel.
Scroll to the Fraud Analysis section.
Tick the checkbox I'm Aware To The Risk Of This Order And Would Like Approve As Safe.
Click Approve & save.
Option 2: From the Verify options menu (quicker for one or more orders)
Select the flagged order(s).
In the toolbar above the list, click the circled checkmark icon (Verify options).
Choose Fraud risk from the dropdown.
That's it! Your order is now verified and ready to move to the Assign screen.
