You can either keep the delivery method active for 24/7, or you can disable it during certain days.
In your Checkout Promise, scroll down to "Days and times active."
Click on "Set custom days & times active."
Set the days and times you'd like this checkout option available.
For example, this delivery method will be available only from Monday to Wednesday.
