1️⃣ Add the app to your store
First things first 👉 Add our app from the Shopify app store
Click the Add app button, and fill out the form to create your account
Once complete, click on the email sent to your inbox
2️⃣ Log in and try PrettyDamnQuick in trial mode
When you click on the link in your email, you'll be logged in for the first time and your account will be set to trial mode. So test it out! Explore PrettyDamnQuick and try the delivery flow.
Trial mode has small differences from the live mode you get when you pick a plan:
In the Fulfill screen: the labels generated when you assign a batch for delivery won’t be valid (and you won’t be charged anything). Also in Fulfill, orders and batches can't be fulfilled (and so they also won't be displayed in the Track screen)
In Track: only orders that were fulfilled will appear here, so it'll be empty for now
3️⃣ Pick a plan to activate live shipping labels
To ship your first order, you’ll need to activate live shipping rates & labels by picking a PrettyDamnQuick plan.
Pick a plan by clicking on the Settings icon in the side menu and going to your plans. You can pick the free Pay-as-you-go plan or a monthly/yearly plan to save more.
Once live shipping labels are activated, you’ll also get access to ShipDamnQuick, our pre-negotiated shipping labels from major carriers, but you can also go to your Delivery services from the side-menu to add your own carrier accounts, in-house delivery fleet, or in-store pickup.
4️⃣ Customize your default package sizes
Once you’ve picked a plan and activated live shipping labels, customize the sizes of the packages you ship, that way PrettyDamnQuick knows to match your orders with the package size that fits best.
Go to the Packages tab in your Settings and add packages or customize the presets.
You can set conditions for specific orders to match with certain packages, and even add preset carrier packages. Note that new orders will be matched with the first package they fit, so arrange your packages' list accordingly.
5️⃣ The 5th and final step (optional & Shopify-only)
Once you've customized your default package sizes, you're ready to ship and deliver orders with PrettyDamnQuick. But by adding PrettyDamnQuick's delivery methods, you'll increase your conversion rate and get accurate delivery expectations for each order so that you can make sure every order arrives on time. 👇
