Setting up and customizing your packages enables orders to be automatically matched with the right package for it as soon as it comes in. Getting set up takes a few minutes, but having your packages ready enables you to generate shipping labels based on accurate package dimensions & weight.
By the way, you can also add common carriers' packages & parcels.
Here's how to add or customize the packages you ship:
Go to the Packages tab in your Settings
2. Add a new package or modify one of the existing packages
3. Optional: set specific conditions for orders (orders will have to match the conditions to be matched with the package)
4. Save!
5. That's it! Your new package options will appear in your order details
