SSetting up your packages lets PrettyDamnQuick automatically match each incoming order with the right package for it. It takes a few minutes, and once your packages are ready, PDQ generates shipping labels based on accurate package dimensions and weight.
By the way, you can also add common carriers' preset packages & parcels
Here's how to add or customize the packages you ship:
Go to the Packages tab in your Settings.
Click Add package to create a new one, or open an existing package to edit its dimensions and max weight.
Optional: set conditions so only orders that match them are assigned to this package.
Save.
That's it - your package options will now appear in your order details, and new orders will be matched automatically.
💡 Order matters: orders are matched to the first package they fit, in the order your packages are listed. Drag packages to reorder them so your preferred/most-used sizes are matched first.
