Many merchants see the Verify screen as a good workspace for all their new eCommerce orders, but others prefer to use it only to manage shipping exceptions that need their attention.
If you're in the latter group and prefer to leave the Verify screen just for exceptions, use this guide to automatically push verified orders straight to the Assign screen.
Creating a Quickflow to send verified orders from Verify to Assign:
Go to the Verify tab.
Open Quickflows from the button in the top header.
Click the Add Quickflow button.
In the IF selection, choose the condition that triggers the Quickflow — in this case, when an order is verified.
In the THEN selection, choose what the Quickflow should do — in this case, automatically approve to Assign.
Click the Save Quickflow button.
Close Quickflows by clicking the X in the corner.
That's it! You're all set — you've created your first Quickflow.
Note: A Quickflow only applies to new orders arriving after it's created. Existing orders will still need to be verified manually.
