Many merchants see the Verify screen as a good workspace for all their new eCommerce orders, but other merchants prefer to use it only to manage shipping exceptions that require their attention.

If you're in the latter group and prefer to leave the Verify screen just to manage exceptions, use this guide to automate pushing verified orders straight to the Assign screen.

đŸŽ„ Here’s a quick video of the Quickflow-creation (followed by a step-by-step below):

Creating a Quickflow to automate verified orders from Verify to Assign:

  1. First, go to Verify

2. Click and open Quickflows

3. Click on the Add Quickflow button
4. In the IF selection, specify under what condition you would like the Quickflow to work (in this case when an “order is verified”)
5. In the THEN selection, specify what you would like the Quickflow to do (in this case “automatically approve to Assign”)

6. Click on the Save Quickflow button

7. Close Quickflows by clicking the X in the corner

That's it! You’re all set, you’ve created your first Quickflow 🎉

Note: A Quickflow will only apply to new orders arriving after the Quickflow has been created, existing orders will still need to be verified manually.
