Quickflows are PrettyDamnQuick's automated rules. With simple if this, then that logic, you can set a rule so that an action happens automatically whenever a condition is met — saving you manual work across your order flow.
Where to find them
Quickflows are available across all four Order Management tabs — Verify, Assign, Fulfill, and Track. Click the Quickflows button in the top header (it's always visible, on every tab) to view, create, and manage your rules.
What you can automate on each tab
Verify — verification-related rules. For example, automatically push an order straight to Assign the moment it's verified with no issues, or add a weight to a specific SKU when an order is flagged for missing weight.
Assign — delivery-service rules. For example, automatically assign any order placed with a specific delivery method to a specific carrier or 3PL (e.g. ship all Express orders with a particular last-mile carrier).
Fulfill — fulfillment rules that trigger as orders move through fulfillment.
Track — rules for orders in delivery, such as moving an order to Track once it's been assigned to a carrier.
Conditions and actions
Build each rule from a condition (the "if") and an action (the "then"). Conditions can include things like order status, delivery method, SKU, and even day of the week or an order cutoff time. Once a Quickflow resolves an order's status, it won't trigger again for that same order.
Turning Quickflows on or off
You can activate or deactivate any Quickflow at any time.
