Quickflows on the Assign screen

Some stores prefer assigning each order and batch individually, while others prefer to set up rules to automate their workflow.

If you're in the latter group and like automating processes, use this guide to set up Quickflows to automatically ship certain orders with specific delivery methods.

Creating a Quickflow to automate assigning orders from Assign to Fulfill:

2. Click and open Quickflows

3. Click on the Add Quickflow button

4. In the IF selection, specify under what condition you would like the Quickflow to work (in this case, when “delivery method is - Express Delivery”)
5. In the THEN selection, specify what you would like the Quickflow to do (in this case, “Immediately batch each order and assign it to delivery service - Shippo - Recommended”)

6. Click on the Save Quickflow button and close Quickflows by clicking the X in the corner

That's it! You’re all set. You’ve created your first Quickflow! 🎉

Note: A Quickflow will only apply to new orders arriving after the Quickflow has been created, existing orders will still need to be assigned manually.
