Sometimes you want to split an order into two. Sometimes you really need to, for example: if an order's items are located in different fulfillment centers.
Splitting one order into multiple orders
Hover over the order's row and select the Split order icon that appears on the right, in the Status column.
In the Split order pop-up, use the Split order into dropdown to choose how many orders to split it into (e.g., 2 orders).
For each item, set the Quantity and use the Move to dropdown to assign it to the order you want (Order 1, Order 2, and so on).
Click Split order to confirm.
Once the order has been split, you can carry on assigning and fulfilling the two (or more) newly split orders.
