Fulfilment usually involves several people. In PDQ, you can make any team member the owner of a batch. This notifies them that they now own the batch, and lets you sort batches by owner so everyone can quickly find their own work.
How to set a batch owner
Go to Deliver → Fulfil.
In the batch's row, click the owner icon in the Owner column.
A dropdown lists everyone on your team — select the team member you want to own the batch.
Their initial (or profile picture) then appears in the Owner column.
Good to know
Reassign or change an owner anytime - just click the owner icon again and pick someone else.
Sort by owner to group the Fulfil screen by who owns what.
The assigned member is notified of their new batch ownership.
