To make printing labels and other printables easy from anywhere, PrettyDamnQuick offers printing options in multiple places on the platform.
Here, we'll review how to print shipping labels (and other printables) on the Fulfill screen, as well as other printables from other screens.
How to print labels from the Fulfill screen:
Once an order is assigned to a carrier and batched, the order automatically appears on both the Fulfill and Track screens and is available to print labels and other printables.
You can print labels for the whole batch at once or print the orders' labels one by one.
Here's a quick video showing how to print a batch or order:
Printing labels for the entire batch:
Select a batch
Click the 'Print' button in the top right of the screen (see screenshot below)
From the dropdown, you can choose to print labels, packing slips, and more (the options displayed here depend on your account's settings)
Printing labels for a specific order:

Click the 'Print' button on the left of the order order details screen (screenshot below)

If you print an entire batch’s labels at once, it'll appear in that batch's activity history:

To print packing slips or pick lists from the Assign screen, just select any order and select the printer icon that’ll appear just above your orders.
You can also print packing slips from the order details window. When you select an order, a window with the order’s details slides out from the side, scroll down and select the printer icon and choose what you’d like print for that order.
You can also print shipping labels directly from any order’s details too:
Once you click on an order in the Fulfill screen, its order details will open.
Scroll down to the customer profile and you'll see a Print button.
Since it's been assigned, you'll see the option to print a shipping label for it.
Select it to print the shipping label.
Printing labels from the Track screen
To print shipping labels in the Track screen, just hover over any order's delivery promise and then click on the printer icon 🖨️ that appears:

In the Track screen, select any orders and click on the printer icon just above your orders.
Here too, you can also print from the order details window:
