Providing return labels is a quick and easy way to enhance your customer's experience, not to mention streamline the returns process. Customers love it, and you love happy customers. It's win-win.
Creating return labels in PDQ is super-easy.
Once an order is fulfilled and in the Track screen, select the order, and click the Create return button in the top right of the order details.
If the order contains multiple items, you can pick one of the items for return.
Just select which item, the quantity of that item being returned, and the reason.
Then click Save.
Almost there!
Just fill out the details:
Specify where the return should be sent to (the Return to field)
Where the order is being sent from, typically the customer's address (Return from)
Choose the package size for the item
Pick your preferred carrier and service level for the return shipment
Once it all looks good, click Save to seal the deal.
