We're excited about this new feature – hotkeys for packages!

Now you can effortlessly manage and customize shortcuts for various packages to streamline your workflow. Let’s dive in!

Accessing Hotkeys:

  1. Navigate to your Account settings

  2. Click on the Packages tab

  3. Either create a new package or select an existing package

  4. In either case, when opening the package, you will discover the new ‘’Key binding (optional)’’ field under the Package name.

Choosing Hotkeys:

  1. Click on the Key binding field to reveal a dropdown list of hotkeys (e.g., Ctrl+2, Ctrl+3, Ctrl+4, Ctrl+A, Ctrl+B)

  2. Note: The specific command here may vary based on your operating system (Windows or Mac).

Assigning Hotkeys:

  1. Select a package

  2. Access the Key binding field, choose a hotkey from the dropdown, and save changes

  3. Please make sure to check track existing bindings and avoid conflicts with other packages or users.

Check your work by going over to the Verify or Assign screens and open an order to view its package details.

Then test your hotkeys and watch as the package changes (along with a confirmation banner to let you know it's been switched)

You can also check the order history to see that the changes have been made. Alternatively, you can select any package under the ‘’Package name’’ column on the Verify and/or Assign screen and quickly change packages using your same hotkeys.

Harness the power of hotkeys to work even more quickly! Try it out and let us know what you think about your new convenient package management system!
