How to sync your products

Keeping products consistent between Shopify and PDQ

To maintain consistency across platforms be sure to sync up using the “Sync Products” button any time you make adjustments to products in Shopify – such as change in the names, adding/removing SKUs, changing descriptions, editing images, weight, etc.

Details for new products are automatically retrieved from Shopify the first time they are ordered, so you only need to sync products when making changes to existing products.

To sync your products:

  • Go to Account Settings > Account > Sync Products

Please note that you might need to wait for some time while all information is synced – and that depends on the size of your catalog (typically 15-30 min).
