Want to update an existing method's display name? Here's how to edit it without disrupting your live checkout.
Changing a shipping method name:
1. Start at PDQ's Checkout Groups tab
2. Select an active checkout group (with green dot)
3. Click on the '3 dots' to open a menu
4. Click "Edit"
5. Click on the field just below "Name of delivery method"
6. Enter your new shipping method name
7. Click "Save"
Important note:
If you're changing the name of a shipping method, it's best to also change the name on your fulfillment so that it's mapped to say exactly the same on your fulfillment side. That way, if a customer picks that shipping method, your fulfillment team knows that it relates to the same shipping method on their end.
