PDQ. Klaviyo only counts parcels that actually synced tracking events, so parcels that never synced drop out of its "untracked" bucket - making its untracked percentage a large undercount.
How to verify: check your untracked rate by outcome and by carrier in your warehouse data, not by Klaviyo's method-name view.
