You can manually sync orders so their details line up between PDQ and your store - one order or several at once.
Sync a single order:
Open the order (or hover its row on the Verify/Assign screen).
Use the Sync action to refresh it against your store.
Sync several at once:
On the Verify/Assign screen, tick the checkbox on each order you want to sync.
In the action toolbar that appears above the list, click the sync (circular-arrow) icon.
💡 Handy after editing an order or when a status looks out of date - it updates immediately instead of waiting for the automatic sync.
