Before you begin
To get the most out of MAXX Chat, make sure you have the following in place:
An active PDQ account connected to your Shopify store
At least 7 days of checkout data in PDQ (30+ days is recommended for best results)

How to access MAXX Chat
Log in to your PDQ Dashboard
Click the MAXX Chat icon in the navigation panel. The chat interface will open on the right side of your screen.
Type your question in the message box at the bottom of the chat window.
Press Enter or click the send button. MAXX Chat will analyze your data and return a detailed response within seconds.
