The core flow
On Fulfil → Fulfilment ready, open the batch (or use Scan order).
In Review Order, scan or enter the label/order number, or click Go to order.
Review the order line - Order no., Ship to, Packages, Fulfilment status, Tags, Delivery status, Package name, SKUs, Delivery service, Delivery promise.
Pick: confirm quantities; with Picking mode on, click Pick all items when done.
Label: print / buy the label (auto-purchased if Auto-buy labels is on). Header shows Printed X times for re-prints.
The order moves 0/1 → 1/1 fulfilled; the batch moves to Delivery ready, then to Track after handoff.
Fulfilling a whole batch at once
If Fulfil all in batch is enabled (Settings → Account), use Fulfil all to complete every order in the batch in one step.
⚠️ Orders edited after batching (sync / "resolve conflict" banner)
If an order changes in Shopify after batching (address edit, item change, merge), PDQ flags it:
Sync banner ("Order got manual update from Shopify") - if the shipping address still matches Shopify, click Dismiss and fulfil normally.
Resolve-conflict banner (often after a merge) - the order can't sync; send it back to Assign, let it resync, and re-batch into the same batch.
Digital / service items (e.g. protection, priority processing) need no physical label -auto-fulfil them via a Shopify Flow so they don't hold the order (ask your CSM).
Multi-box orders: split before batching on Assign (packages lock once on Fulfil). If a label's already printed, use Reship instead.
