Printing labels and documents in Fulfill

Print labels, pick lists, packing slips, and inserts from the Fulfill screen

You can print from the batch row (Print dropdown) or from inside an individual order. The header shows Printed X times so you can always re-print.

The Print menu (batch level)

Click Print on a batch to choose a document:

  • Print Labels - the carrier shipping labels for the batch (address + tracking), applied to each parcel. Multi-box orders print one label per package.

  • Print Pick List - a consolidated picking list of everything to pull from the warehouse for the batch, so pickers gather all items in one pass.

  • Print Packing Slips - the itemized packing slip to include in each box (what the order contains).

  • Print Pack & Ship - a combined pack-and-ship document (packing details together with the shipping label) for pack stations. [confirm exact composition]

  • Print Brochure - a marketing insert/brochure to include with orders (when configured for your shop).

  • Greeting Cards - prints greeting cards for orders that include one (works with the Add greeting card option in Settings → Account).

Printing from an individual order

Open an order and use its Print control for order-specific documents - including the Commercial invoice (Print → Commercial invoice), the customs document for international shipments (declares contents and value for the carrier/customs; most relevant for DDU/DDP orders).

Good to know

  • Re-print anytime - use the batch/order Print menu again; the header tracks Printed X times.

  • Some options are permission-based. Which documents you can print depends on your user role (Settings → Users & Permissions). If you don't see an option (e.g. Commercial invoice), an admin may need to adjust your role.

  • Allow pop-ups. If Print does nothing, or only one document/link opens, enable pop-ups for PDQ - pop-up blockers stop print/download windows (this also affects manifests).
