Print options are gated by your user role. If you're missing options like Commercial invoice, Packing Slips, or Greeting Cards, your role likely doesn't include them.
What to do:
Ask a workspace admin to review your role under Users & Permissions.
Roles focused on pick-and-pack see fewer print options than Manager/Admin roles.
Commercial invoice appears at the order level (open the order) for international/DDU/DDP shipments - it won't show on every order.
