Color-coding assigns a colour to orders so your team can spot and group them at a glance - then use Group by → Colour coding (or a filter) to work them as a set.
Colors can be applied automatically by a Quickflow (e.g. "if [condition], add green") or set manually on an order.
Rename your colors (Manage colors)
Open Manage colours to make your palette meaningful - instead of remembering "green means ready to ship," you can rename each colour to a label that fits your workflow (e.g. "Rush," "Awaiting stock," "3PL").
Rename a colour - click its name field and type your own label, then Confirm.
Enable/disable colours - use the checkbox next to each colour to control which ones are available.
Add colour - create an additional colour with Add colour.
Renaming makes color-coding far easier for your team to recognize at a glance and to group/filter by.
A colour is just a visual marker - it doesn't batch or assign the order on its own.
