Setting an order's colour on the Track screen

Manually colour-code orders from the Track screen toolbar

You can colour-code orders directly from the Track screen — a quick visual marker to help your team spot and group shipments at a glance.

Here's how:

  1. On the Track screen, select the order(s) you want to colour-code.

  2. In the toolbar, click the Set color coding icon.

  3. Choose the colour you want to apply.

The colour appears in the Color coding column. From there you can sort, filter, or use Group by → Colour coding to work those orders as a set.

Automate it with Quickflows

You don't have to set colours by hand every time. With a Quickflow, you can apply a colour automatically based on a condition — for example, if an order's delivery status is X, then automatically set color coding to red. Open Quickflows from the top header, add a rule on the relevant tab, and choose automatically set color coding as the action.

Tip: The same Set color coding button is available on the Verify and Assign screens too, so you can colour-code an order at any stage.
