Sometimes you need to redo an order's delivery — pick a different carrier, fix a batch, or re-rate it. You can send an order back to the Assign screen from the Track (or Fulfill) screen, and it'll return to Ready so you can batch and assign it again.
Here's how:
On the Track screen, select the order(s) you want to move.
In the toolbar, click the Back to assign icon.
If a shipping label was already printed for the order, a Void labels? confirmation appears — for example, "Heads up, you're voiding the labels of order 1752063. Once voided, these orders will be moved back to the Assign screen. Are you sure?" Click Yes, void labels to continue (or Cancel to keep the order where it is).
The order's label is voided and the order returns to the Assign screen, in the Ready tab, ready to be batched again.

Good to know
There's a limit on how many days after an order was placed it can be sent back to Assign. If you need this window changed, reach out to your CSM or support.
Orders sent back to Assign can be tagged automatically, so they're easy to spot and filter.
Heads up: Voiding a label can't be undone. Only send an order back once you're sure you want to re-batch it — and make sure you don't ship on the original (now voided) label.
