Team notes let you leave an internal message on an order for your teammates — a heads-up, a reminder, or context someone else will need. They're visible to your team inside PDQ and are separate from the order note that syncs to your eCommerce platform.
Here's how:
Select the order you want to add a note to.
In the toolbar, click the Write a team note icon.
Type your note and save it.
Enter note pop-up window:
Your teammates will be able to see the note on that order.
