The Shipping Analytics tab shows how shipments actually perform. Controls: date range, Percentile (e.g. TP80), Business vs Calendar Days, Zone, Service level, Shipping method, Carrier, Dimension, KPI, and Has-preorder-item.
It reports:
Delivery Time Performance (at your percentile) - Time to fulfill · Time to ship · Time in transit · Time to deliver.
Shipping distribution by method; On-time orders vs the PDQ promise; on-time by shipping method.
Tracking status distribution and failed shipment distribution by carrier reason.
Map view - time to deliver by state.
Export Raw Data - per-shipment rows (order, tracking, method, carrier, service level, status, promise, timestamps); click a row to open it in Shopify.
