PDQ connects to the tools you already use so your shipping and checkout data can power flows, tickets, widgets, and reporting elsewhere. Find them all under Settings → Integrations.
What you can connect:
Email & SMS marketing - Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive. PDQ sends shipping/delivery events so your flows can react to what's happening to an order.
Helpdesks - Gladly, Gorgias, Zendesk, Richpanel. PDQ creates tasks/tickets from shipping events so support can act proactively.
Reviews - Okendo, Yotpo, Judge.me, Bazaarvoice. Feed product ratings/reviews into PDQ's Dynamic Reviews at checkout.
Analytics & profit - Triple Whale. Share cost data both ways for accurate net-profit reporting.
Order Protection - a shipping-protection widget A/B-tested by PDQ.
How connecting works:
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the tool.
Paste the credentials it asks for (usually an API key/token; some need a subdomain or user email).
For event-based tools (marketing, helpdesk), turn on at least one recipe -connecting alone sends nothing until a recipe is active.
