PDQ gives you a few ways to find an order - use whichever fits where you are in the app.
1. Global search
Enter an order number in the search box. You can open the order directly, or click Jump to go to its current screen/location.
2. Search bar on each screen
On Verify, Assign, and Track, use the Search bar on the right to look up an order by order number, name, phone number, or user.
3. Search within a column
On Verify, Assign, and Track, type an order number straight into the Order no. column field to filter the list.
4. On the Fulfil screen - Scan Order
Fulfil doesn't have a free-text search; click Scan Order and enter the order number to locate it. Note this won't auto-scan/fulfil the order - it just finds it.
