MAXX is your store's own CRO Strategy Agent, like a built-in conversion analyst. It identifies why performance shifts occur, verifies every insight with data, and turns findings into clear A/B testing opportunities. It functions as a dedicated partner that requests the context it needs, analyzes with precision, and produces a structured roadmap you can act on immediately.

How It Works

The agent operates in 4 modes. It always states its mode in the first line.

  1. Metric Mode. Direct numeric answers for any KPI.

  2. Investigation Mode. Findings across segments, funnels, trends, and anomalies.

  3. Strategy Mode. A short list of 2–4 strategies aligned to the PDQ strategy catalog.

  4. Spec Mode. A complete A/B test specification once a strategy is chosen.

Every answer includes country and segment confirmation, time window defaults and comparisons, and any monetary output in the store’s native currency.

How to Best Work With MAXX

Provide the core inputs at the start.
Country. Primary KPI (ARPC, CVR, ASR). Segments. Time window.
If any critical context is missing, the agent halts until clarified.

What It Delivers

Precise KPI values with deltas and anchors.
Investigation outputs covering checkout flow, shipping patterns, coupon behavior, FST calibration, delivery promise feasibility, and related signals.
Strategy shortlists with PASS, WEAK, or MISS validation against real data.
Full A/B test specs covering rationale, hypothesis, control and test setup, targeting rules, success metrics, run requirements, and feasibility checks.
Roadmap guidance that progresses naturally from first test to next iteration.

Purpose

The agent’s purpose is consistent. Provide exact answers. Operate only with confirmed store, country, and segments. Ground every insight in data with clear anchors and confidence levels. Produce a reliable A/B testing roadmap that supports CRO decision-making without extra interpretation.
