When lots of methods need the same change, bulk editing updates them together instead of one by one.
How it works
In Shipping Rate Groups, filter your methods (e.g. by Active) and select the ones to change (you can select across pages).
Click Bulk Edit and choose one of the five categories below.
Set the change, review the Preview (Changed vs. Unchanged methods), and Save.
The five categories
Name & Description - set a new name; change, remove, or keep the note.
Shipping Thresholds - adjust by a + or − amount across all thresholds (tiers included). "Keep zero as minimum" leaves $0 thresholds untouched.
Shipping Rates - adjust by a + or − amount across all rates (tiers included). "Keep free shipping free" leaves $0 rates untouched.
Ship To (delivery area) - Add/Remove states, zones, or zip codes, matched to the method's area mode: Everywhere (excluded states), Listed states, Zones, or Zip codes. Supports US states + Canadian provinces.
Display Conditions - Add a new condition group (OR), Append to all groups (AND), or Remove conditions found across the selected methods.
⚠️ Method-type compatibility - some categories can't mix method types:

If you select incompatible methods, PDQ shows a dialog to pick one group to proceed with; the rest are deselected.
Good to know
Up to 50 methods at once.
Rates/thresholds are adjust-by (e.g. −$1 lowers every selected rate by $1); values can't go below $0.
For Ship To, all selected methods must share the same area mode (and same zip include/exclude operator).
Duplicate name + description is blocked if a selected method has a discount applied.
Bulk edits can't be undone - review the preview carefully before saving.
Example - add Ohio across several methods
Filter Active → select the methods → Bulk Edit → Ship To → in Listed States mode, Add States → Ohio (or Add Excluded States to block it). Preview → Save. (Same flow for removing a state, or for the Excluded list.)
