Some stores prefer assigning each order and batch individually; others prefer rules that do it automatically. If you like automating, use Assign Quickflows to route orders to the right carrier or delivery service — and more.
How to create one:
Go to the Assign tab and open Quickflows from the top header.
Click Add Quickflow.
Set the IF condition — for example, delivery method is Express Delivery.
Set the THEN action — for example, immediately batch each order and assign it to Shippo – Recommended.
Optionally give it an internal name, then click Save Quickflow.
Example conditions (IF):
Delivery method
Order includes / excludes specific tag(s)
Order is fulfilled
Example actions (THEN):
Immediately batch and assign to a specific delivery service (e.g. Shippo – Recommended)
Automatically set color coding
Move the order to Pause
Automatically delete the order
Note: A Quickflow only applies to new orders arriving after it's created. Existing orders still need to be assigned manually.
