Track Quickflows run on orders based on their delivery status, so you can organize and flag shipments automatically while they're in transit.
How to create one:
Go to the Track tab and open Quickflows from the top header.
Click Add Quickflow.
Set the IF condition — order delivery status is a specific value (e.g. assigned). Use + OR to add more conditions.
Set the THEN action from the action dropdown:
Automatically set color coding
Pin order
Add tag(s)
Delete tag(s)
Optionally give it an internal name, then click Save Quickflow.
Note: A Quickflow only applies to new orders arriving after it's created.
