Verify Quickflows run on new orders as they arrive, so you can handle routine cases automatically instead of touching every order.
How to create one:
Go to the Verify tab and open Quickflows from the top header.
Click Add Quickflow.
Set the IF condition (the trigger).
Set the THEN action (what happens).
Optionally give it an internal name, then click Save Quickflow.
Example conditions (IF):
Order status is a specific value (e.g. verified, split required, missing weight)
Order includes / excludes specific tag(s)
Total item quantity (e.g. less than 1)
Order is fulfilled outside of PrettyDamnQuick
Example actions (THEN):
Automatically approve to Assign
Unify inventory location to a specific location
Change the delivery method name
Add a weight to a specific SKU
Move the order to the Track screen
Automatically delete the order
Note: A Quickflow only applies to new orders arriving after it's created. Existing orders still need to be handled manually.
