A shipping manifest is the official handoff document between you and your carrier - it groups all shipments picked up on a given day (tracking numbers, delivery services, order details) into one record the carrier confirms in bulk.
📅 Same-day only. A manifest can only be created for the day you're creating it - you can't generate one for a past or future date. Create the manifest on the same day the orders are picked up.
How to create one:
Go to Fulfil → Delivery ready and click Shipping manifests → Create manifest.
Select the delivery service (create one per service if a carrier has several, e.g. DHL eCommerce Expedited vs. Ground).
Check the order count (page by 50/100/300/500) and Create.
Download/print the manifest and hand it to the carrier at pickup.
Tip: If only one download link appears, or creation seems to fail, enable pop-ups for PDQ - pop-up blockers are the most common cause of missing links/partial counts.
